Complete Buddhist College in Life

 June 23rd is the graduation date of Lingjiu Mountain’s Three Vehicle Buddhist College. That day, the college organized a united friendship tea ceremony where students discussed about their thoughts after two years of studying. And I also have some words of encouragement for everyone there....

The Most Cherish Relics

On June 12, we attended The Great Ceremonial Offering of Śākyamuni Buddha Partial Head Crown Bone Relic at Nánjīng Xīxiáshān. On this day, Xīxiási temple is full of world leaders along with hundred and eight elders from both coasts and three regions. Among them are Chinese Buddha Association President Chuányin Master, Taiwan’s Xīngyún Master and Macau Buddha Association Director General Jiànzhāo Master. And I, too, was invited to this distinguished ceremony.....

Gather Around the Stove on New Year’s Eve

Not only have they suffered in terms of living standard, but emotionally as well. Those who practice Buddhism can use Buddha Dharma to turn around, but for those who do not practice Buddhism, it is possible that they cannot get out of this difficulty for the rest of their lives.....

a severest earthquake occurred in Haiti

During the closed-up practice, a severest earthquake occurred in Haiti, which has the diplomatic relations with Taiwan, before dawn on 13th of January. Still in the closed-up practice, when seeing this news, we couldn’t help ask what we can do for the victims. Because experienced in relief, we donated 100,000 dollars, medical supplies and food; at the same time, we officially apply for an account of raise, and start up the system of relief and rescue. On account of experiences of helping rebuild in typhoon disaster area in Vietnam, The ministry of foreign affairs discussed with us about rescue measures, and established effective ways to solve the environmental problems. I also made a contact with Dirk Ficca, the direct-general who attending parliament of world’s religions, appeal religions to unite for follow-up problems, such us soul appeasement,  the deceased soul rest, medical association, epidemic prevention, orphan resettlement, and reestablishment of home and school...
