The True Peace 真實的和平

今天我與出生在黎巴嫩的沙拉瓦Salwa Kader會面，她目前是中東和平美國聯合會的主席，計劃將於埃及蓋第一座和平博物館，Salwa Kader希望吸取我創建世界宗教博物館，以及長期在世界各地推動愛地球、和平的經驗，以保護地球的角度切入來談和平，作為她蓋和平博物館一個好的緣起。

I met up with Salwa kader today who's currently the President of the U.S. federation for peace. She's planning to build the first peace museum in Egypt, Salawa wishes to use my experience from my establishing of Museum for World Religions, and the long term involvement I have around the world on promoting love the Earth and peace. By using protecting Earth as the cutting point to talk about peace, to have a good start for the building of the peace Museum.

A Buddhist Problems 學佛的困擾

Q: In the past, I always had fun meeting up with my friends and relatives. However, things change after I became a Buddhist. They became very indifferent whenever I talk to them about my Dharma experiences. What's wrong?

A: This could be because they may not have the affinity to the Buddhist teachings yet. Another reason could be the way you deliver. When one has problem linking with the subject matter, it is natural for them to lose interest. Dharma is in everyday life, and only an everyday life Dharma can be easily identified with; if Dharma moved away from the everyday life, it will not be easily apprehended. Propagating Dharma is like doing business, the business is only successful when you speak the same language.

道心要從哪裡管起

出門去美國前，很多弟子都來送行，看著這些跟隨的弟子，不論僧俗，大家要的就是學佛、修行、行菩薩道，這之中，根本的道心很重要，道心要從哪裡管好呢？就要從自己的功課下功夫，每天要有持咒或打坐或看經的時間，你要有一些時間做這些功課，因為這是一個精神資糧。修道的道心，資糧若沒有充實好，我們的所作所為，就不如法了，身口意就常常出差錯。

如果沒有建立一個積極的修行觀念，如果你不是修行的心，煩惱就會來。煩惱會老是對你不客氣，它開始讓你不舒服、讓你不自在、讓你生起種種挫折、障礙。所以只要我們肯去修，不管每天我們希望拜佛多少拜；每天我們看多少經；每天打個禪坐，最起碼半個小時！要這樣常常內觀，如果我們沒有做這種內觀的工作，就沒有辦法明白自己的心性、沒有辦法了解自己的存在，所以禪修就是一種內觀、攝心，所以大家一定要抓緊這顆心來做修行的事情，抓緊這顆心去耕耘菩薩道的一種事業。

對珍寶般的菩提心 覺悟！

[離相圓明心世界 應住本心才是真]
[萬法是心光 何物是分別]
[分別是何物 萬法是心光]
[一切有為法 如夢幻泡影]

每件事都是為了利益一切眾生而做，也就是利他的心，我們一直沒有對自己，這珍寶般的菩提心有所覺悟，是從來沒有注意到！什麼是可以讓我們省悟、思維到我們沒有省悟的東西，所以今天我用偈子來啟發大家，在生活上，悟到那不悟的東西，用偈子來點醒、引發對道的追求方向。
